mixed feelings about this HOTEL
superficial cleaning dim light
the daily cleaning was quite superficial. it wasn't what i expect from a supposed four-star hotel. also, the light in the room was dim. it made it hard to see things properly. i also had a problem with ants, even though i never ate in the room. there were ants everywhere, even on the sofa bed

clean room double sinks
I stayed in a double room. IT was really clean, and the bathroom had two sinks, SO useful. The air conditioning worked perfectly. It kept the room nice and cool.

small lifts mediocre food
The lifts were SO small. I had to wait an eternity sometimes. The food was mediocre, with a distinct lack of variety and some dishes were cold. I was expecting more from a hotel of this supposed caliber. The pool area needed more cleaning. There was scum around the waterline. That was not appealing AT ALL
